American Canyon 1, LLC proposed a Watson Ranch Specific Plan for the area also known as the Town Center. Watson Ranch covers approximately 304 acres. The area is situated east of the of the Southern Pacific Rail line, north of the Vintage Ranch neighborhoods, and west of the future extension of Newell Drive.
Community participation is an important part of the project review process. Whether you attend a community workshop, attend a Council Meeting, complete a survey, or submit input via email, we encourage your input during this early stage.
