Miocene Wine proposes to convert their existing wine barrel storage facility to a winery at 100 Napa Junction Rd. The site one-story 20,196 SF building is on a 10 acre site up on Oat Hill. The project anticipates an average daily water demand of 740 gallons per day (gpd) and a peak daily demand of 1340 gpd. The new winery will not be open to the public and will not have tasting tours.

The Conditional Use Permit application was submitted on 9/16/2015 and approved by the Planning Commission with conditions on 12/17/2015.
