 Freon Free proposes to convert an existing warehouse to a recycling center at 120 Klamath Ct. The two lease spaces total to 9000 SF in a 12000 SF one-story building. Freon Free is a California based Appliance Recycler specializing in the removal of hazardous waste from appliances and service facilities throughout the state. The applicant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and will obtain all the necessary permits for operation. The proposed business hours are Mondays through Fridays from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Conditional Use Permit application was submitted on 8/3/2016 and approved by the planning commission on 10/31/2016.
