I Spy Rudolph! 

December 12-13, 2017 | 6:30 PM | Senior Multi-Use Center (2185 Elliott Drive)

Gather a team of your friends and family to search for I Spy items at decorated homes around town. All you need is a team name, transportation, and a keen eye for a chance to win a holiday gift basket. This event is free. Pre-registration is required, and may be completed at the Parks & Recreation office, at the Senior Center, or by phone (707) 648-7275.

Santa Sleigh Visits

December 16 and 17, 2017 | 6-9 PM | Walmart parking lot (7011 Main Street)

Presented by the American Canyon Fire Protection District

Bring your kids for a visit with Santa! When he's not bringing joy to children, Santa is busy saving lives, so visits will take place based on non-emergency response availability.

Holiday Decorating Contest & Self-Guided Tour

December 19-21, 2017 | Self-Guided Tour

Decorating Contest - This year's theme is "Holiday Movie Magic!"
Register your American Canyon home or business for the contest at the Parks and Recreation Office, (100 Benton Way), by December 15, 5 PM. You may also print the entry form by clicking here. There is no cost to enter.

Judging categories include:

Holiday Animated/Claymation Film
Holiday Non-Animated Film
Holiday Decor from any Movie (i.e. Minions, Star Wars, etc.)

The winner in each of the above categories will receive $75. The "People's Choice" award will receive $50.

Decorating Self-Guided Tour - Grab your family, and experience our city's holiday spirit! This is a self-guided tour. Pick up maps and ballots, (to vote for your favorites) at the following locations on December 18th:

Senior Multi-Use Center, (2185 Elliott Drive)
City Hall, (4381 Broadway)
Parks and Recreation Office, (100 Benton Way)

Drop off completed ballots at the Parks and Recreation Office (100 Benton Way) by 10 AM on Friday, December 22nd.
