NEW!!! Brain Health Seminar for Seniors!

Have you had your daily dose of Vitamin "N" today? Come hear about the latest in Brain Health research including how nutrition, exercise, socialization and Vitamin "N" - the nature vitamin - can improve your memory.  Learn techniques for improving memory and have fun participating in brain health exercises. This a two part seminar designed as an introduction to the Train Your Brain class.

NEW! Train Your Brain Class for Seniors

Have fun participating in activities specifically designed to challenge your mind and improve mental and physical fitness.  Class begins with breathing exercises designed to maximize learning and continues with fun mental exercises that will leave you feeling sharp and agile. 

 

Dates:          2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (beginning June 11)

Time:            9:00am to 10:00am

Recreation Program Scholarships Now Available

Would you or someone you know love to take a class but cannot afford the added expense? We are proud to announce that the City of American Canyon now has recreation program scholarships available to residents of American Canyon. We are currently accepting applications for activities that will take place between the months of June through August.

 

Resident’s seeking assistance may pick up an application from the Parks and Recreation Department located at 100 Benton Way or by downloading the Scholarship application and criteria.
