  1. FPI-NJIII, LLC proposes to develop a new 6402 square foot single-story multi-tenant retail building on a 1.001 site at the Napa Junction III shopping center. The project site is flat and undeveloped. The proposed building is anticipated to serve three commercial tenants consisting of a locally serving bank, a national cell phone company, and a locally serving restaurant. Parking and landscaping are already in place. The architecture matches the colors and materials of the Dunkin’ Donuts retail building and other Napa Junction III buildings.


The applicant submitted the design permit application on January 3, 2018 and the Planning Commission approved the project with conditions on January 25, 2018.
