The Lighting and Landscaping Assessment District (LLAD) was formed in January 2001 to operate and maintain street lighting and landscaping of public areas in the LaVigne subdivision, which was designated as Zone 1 of the LLAD. In FY 2004-05, the Vintage Ranch subdivision was annexed into the LLAD as Zone 2, and in FY 2005-06, the Napa Junction mixed-use development was annexed as Zone 3.

Dear Vintage Ranch & La Vigne Homeowners: 

It is budget season!  Please share your feedback on the maintenance of the District and Budget Plan. The draft of the FY 2019/20 Annual Engineer's Report (including budget) is available for review. We are going to hold the annual Budget Outreach Meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 6:30 PM in City Hall, Council Chambers located at:

4381 Broadway, 2nd Floor, American Canyon, CA  94503. 

If you cannot make it, please contact me directly by May 31, 2019. 

The American Canyon City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the Lighting Landscape Assessment District Budgets at City Hall on June 4, 2019 at 6:30 PM with the final adoption of the budget directly following the Public Hearing.
