RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
To start service at a residential or commercial property in American Canyon, a completed application will need to be submitted. If you are a renter at the property, there is a $150 deposit that needs to be paid before service can be started. Applications will need to be submitted by 1:30pm for day-of service. Water service requests are completed Monday-Friday 2-4pm.
TEMPORARY HYDRANT METERS
The City of American Canyon encourages use of recycled water for all temporary hydrant meters used for construction and irrigation within the City’s potable water service boundary. Recycled water can be obtained through the City of American Canyon or Napa Sanitation District located at 1515 Soscol Ferry Road, Napa.
Can I change the name on the water account?
In the case of marriage, death, etc. the name on the water account can be changed with no fee. Please fill out the form and submit it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax it to 707-643-2371. Account Name Change Forms can also be dropped off at City Hall, 4381 Broadway St Suite 201.
