Dance and listen to music in our silent disco, take a photo with Santa, visit with holiday characters, enjoy holiday marketplace shopping, and more! While you're here, visit the City of American Canyon booth and pick up your Magic Express Passes for Snow Day! Magic Express passes will allow you to jump the lines for more fun at Snow Day. The Community Tree Lighting is a family-friendly event and is FREE to attend.

Here's your chance to visit with Santa and take a photo with him! This family-friendly event is FREE and presented by the American Canyon Fire Protection District. Please note that Santa and our firefighters may need to leave early, arrive late, or cancel if they need to tend to an emergency.

Form a team and look for holiday trees around American Canyon. Start your self-guided tour at the Senior Center. Clues are included! You just might win prizes and bragging rights. This family-friendly event is FREE to participate in, however pre-registration is required. Register online, at the Senior Center, or at the Parks and Recreation Office.
HOLIDAY HOME DECOR CONTEST
Monday - Friday, December 16 - 20, 2019

Holiday Home Decor Contest Entry Form
Win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place or People's Choice for best decor in our community! Vote for your favorite online or via paper ballot available at the Senior Center and Parks and Recreation Office. Registration is FREE. You must be registered in order to enroll in the contest. Register at the Parks and Recreation Office, where you will also receive a gift bag for participating. Winners will be announced and prizes distributed on December 20th.

Where can I go to watch the parade?
Our lighted parade will take place on Shenandoah Drove and will head towards Donaldson Way East, in between Sirah Drive and Trevia Lane.
How do I sign up to participate in the parade?
You may sign up to participate in our parade by visiting out Parks and Recreation Office located at 100 Benton Way. Registration is $10 per entry.
What are the instructions and map for the parade?
When you sign up to participate in the parade, you will receive the official parade map and parade letter which gives you all the information you need to know for the evening.
What is the Magic Express Pass?
We will hand out FREE Magic Express passes by the character photos during the Community Tree Lighting. The Magic Express pass allows guests to bypass the lines on Snow Day at our inflatable jumper, trackless train, reindeer games, and bungee jump. A separate Fast Pass will be SOLD for the Snow Fun play area.
What is the Holiday Marketplace?
In partnership with the American Canyon Arts Foundation, the Holiday Marketplace will provide opportunities to shop with local vendors and artisans for stocking stuffers, unique gifts, and more. If you are interested in a booth, contact the Arts Foundation at email@example.com or (707) 645-8840.
How does the Snow Day Fast Pass work?
Fast Passes allow participants to shorten their time in line for the Snow Fun play area and provides 10 minutes of guaranteed snow play. Passes are available for purchase at the Parks and Recreation office or on our website. Fast Passes are $2 each. Residents may purchase Fast Passes from 11/4 - 12/4. Non-residents may purchase passes on 11/18 - 12/4.
Why should I participate?
Decorate your house to show your holiday spirit! Participate in the contest to receive recognition for your hard work and earn a chance to win prizes. Every registered participant in the decorating contest will receive a gift.
How many people can be on a team?
Due to safety reasons, all team members must be able to fit into one vehicle with one seat belt per person. Please consider safety first when creating your team.
